Baby Evening Grosbeak (Coccothraustes vespertinus)
This juvenile Evening Grosbeak, decided that humans would make a good platform from which to search for food! There were numerous landings on people's shoulders, until it decided that it would probably be better to NOT land on people! The parents were never far away, and many pictures were taken of the family members while they fed at out seedfeeder in front of the cabin.
