American Robin (Turdus migratorius)
These
three Robin chicks would 'jump to the pump' whenever they
heard something that they thought might be one of their
parents returning with food! In this evening photo, Mom
left when I walked nearby. She sat on a wire watching me
closely while I snapped this photo of these emerging Opera
singers! I sat down at the table nearby, and Mom returned
almost immediately.
